Initial Examination + Treatment
- Includes history to rule out pathological disease, as well as physical vitals, neurological exam, range of motion, orthopedic exam, and palpatory findings.
- Review of findings. Consent to treat.
- Includes regular chiropractic treament which can include heat, traction, massage, gentle chiropractic manipulation, postural and at home advice.
Regular Chiropractic Treatment
- Treatment can include heat, traction, massage, spinal manipulation, postural and at home advice (only available after initial examination).

Out of pocket cash practice available.
Lemongrass participates with several insurance networks including Providence, Aetna, PacificSource, Regence, and Moda.
We are currently working on credentialing with Medicare, but are unable to bill these plans yet. Stay tuned! If you would like to begin care as independent pay, we are happy to transition to insurance billing when we get in network. We do not participate with Medicaid or Cigna.

We do our best to provide accurate information about deductibles, copays, and coinsurance ahead of time but request your understanding that we can only provide an estimate based on information your insurer makes available to us.
All benefits are dependent upon diagnoses recorded and procedures performed. If a claim is denied, you will be responsible for payment for your care.
